  • Tradeswoman Profile Information – trade, qualifications, experience, availability, service radius.

  • Customer Booking Information – job details, location, communications with tradeswomen.

  • Technical Information – IP address, browser type, device information, cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and manage your account.

  • Verify identity and qualifications (for tradeswomen).

  • Process bookings and payments.

  • Ensure trust, safety, and fraud prevention.

  • Communicate with you about your account, bookings, or platform updates.

  • Other users – tradeswomen see job details necessary to provide a service; customers see tradeswoman profiles.

  • Account data – while you have an account and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal compliance.

  • Verification records – retained in line with legal/insurance requirements.
